Functions:


 1. As a natural preservative, has the advantages of strong antibacterial ability, safety and non-toxicity, good thermal stability and wide range of action.


 2. Lysozyme is a protein that is relatively stable to changes in pH value and stable to heat under acidic conditions. The refined enzyme was prepared by adopting bioengineering technology, adjusting the PH value of the protein and using ion exchange resin for adsorption and separation. The enzyme activity was greater than 18,000 u/g, reaching the standard.


3. Lysozyme can dissolve bacterial cells, especially having a strong effect on Gram-positive bacteria. It possesses all the properties of antibiotics. This is because it has a decomposing effect on the polysaccharides of glycoproteins (mucin-like proteins) on the cell membrane wall, capable of decomposing chitin and ethylene glycol chitin to obtain carbonate, hydrochloride and nitrate crystals, etc.
